So it’s going to come as no surprise that I still have 6 books on my still reading and not yet finished pile. It also won’t shock you that I have added more books to this currently reading like, not to mention I have around a million books that keep staring at me crying for me to read them and that I cannot do that yet.
So to making this quicker I will show the same books you’ve seen for two months prior together in a quick edit I made. And will write nothing more than title and author as you don’t need to hear my spiel on them again. Comment how many you think I will have removed by next month.
57 Lives of Alex Wayfare by MG Buehrlen
Requiem, Changing Times by RJ Parker
The Book of Us by Andrea Michael
The Wind and the Willows by Kenneth Grahame
The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett (Re-Read)
The Travellers Tricks by Laurie Calkoven
And now for the new additional books I am reading this month which they will all be done very soon and you won’t see these three again next month I assure you.
Nanea 1941: The Spirit of Aloha by Kirby Larson
This book was offered free on the American Girl website. Oh my goodness this book so far made me ball my eyes. I was not expecting what was coming and wow it hit me and I’ve not picked it up yet since that one chapter. You’ll find out more in my review, but I’m enjoying reading this so much.
Caskets of Ice by Kate WJ White
I was kindly sent this by the author to read and review I’m currently 14% through with it, it’s a very interesting dark fantasy about escaping into dreams. It’s very good and though not far into it I have enjoyed it and will be reading this for the rest of the week.
Bones In the Walls (Ghost Hunters) by Susan McCauley
I got accepted to read this through NetGalley and I’m so darn excited I love a good horror book and this sounds opsonise creepy and fun, this is my planned Saturday & Sunday read so hopefully I can get to complete it.
So that’s what I’m currently reading in May, no doubt I will find new books to read and add in, but I do desperately want to be rid of the books I seem to have piling up on me. So what are you priority reads for this month?
That cover for The Secret Garden is beautiful. I have this one on my list and I cannot wait to finally read it! Great post!
