Review: I have always been connected to this story and read it many times when I was a kid, it’s always been held close to my heart. It’s just magical and real i have my own rabbit that is real to me as the velveteen rabbit is to the boy and it is perfect.
This story takes on a heartbreaking yet beautiful story through the velveteen rabbits eyes, he wants to be real and eventually he does become real as the boy tells him he is and he believes he is as he is loved and cuddled and played with endlessly.
This is always such a beautiful story and will always make me cry it’s hard to even describe how much I love this story honestly but it’s just so beautiful and I always connect so deeply to it in my heart.
