Review: A business man comes to Holmes over an incredibly strange case, he had taken a well paid job in a red-headed league and just scribing from an encyclopaedia. Then it stoped out of nowhere. Holmes started looking into the case and found a path to solving an even bigger case.
I really liked this one one, it was different and I liked that the case he was asked to solve he actually didn’t in a way as he was lead down a different more darker path and a bigger case was presented before him. It was really fun reading this one.
I could solve some of what was going on in this one, but not all of it, so was really fascinating learning more as the story revealed itself. I again enjoyed the illustrations throughout the book.
Its such a good series having the Holmes and Watson cases told in a condensed version. If you love mysteries or you have a budding mystery solver theses books are perfect as you get a great mystery but shorter.
