Review:

Wow this movie was so well created, I honestly didn’t really know much before watching this I saw one ghostbusters movie when I was a kid and don’t honestly remember it at all. It didn’t fascinate me but wanted to watch this new movie and it was really fun.

It was a lot darker and had a lot of horror scenes and elements that I didn’t expect, I thought it would be like an action and comedy movie almost but it was petty dark and scary in places, with the creepy beasts and the mature content too.

I loved that we saw the originals again, and that the story catered around one of them having died and now his daughter who holds a grudge against him moves into his shack of a house. His gran kids gradually discovering everything he’d hidden within the house and more.

It was really fun, the kids literally were left alone to live their own lives there even though they were new to the town. The daughter a scientific genius like her grandfather but had social and emotional issues, so in this small town she finally makes a friend. Together they discover everything about her grandpa and start the ghost battle.

It was so thrilling and exciting and so much happened in it. I loved seeing the failures they all did when they tried to use the gadgets and it made it even more epic when it went right. It’s such a great movie as I highly recommend that you watch it if you like this style movie or we’re a fan of the original franchise. This one doesn’t disappoint at all.
